    4 months into E30 318is ownership

I thought I would post an update based on my first four months of 318is slicktop LSD ownership. It's my first e30. The car is a weekend driver and I have put about 700 miles on it. It just hit 104k miles. The car was really taken care of and the previous owner had just went through a compete stock suspension and cooling system refresh prior to my purchasing. Here are my impressions.

This car loves and begs to be revved!

The car just whips around corners and eats up curves. I love having the wife grip the door handle and scream "we are going to flip"

Perfect pedal position for heel - toe shifting.

The car is an absolute blast to drive and own. A near mint condition car has been fun to own because you can focus on squaring away all those little things here and there that often times get overlooked.

Great looking e30. 318is is on my list of e30s to own!

Nice car, I feel the same way about my 318is...though it's not as slick.

In a world where cars are effortlessly fast some people that actually like to drive, prefer a better balanced car that you drive at it's limit. That's what the 318iS/M3's are all about. Not too much HP but enough to make you work and have fun with.

Love my 318is too. It's great for the back roads on the long way home!

Completely agree! Had my 318is just over 6 months, and still love it as much as the day I bought it. I'm loving how minty yours is.

Everyone on the 318is hype train lol
Stick a E36/E46 rack in it, then have a go :)
Best mod you can do for them in my opinion
