You don't see many reversed turbo setups, where does it draw air for the inlet? Is it open to the vent above it?Comment

Between the strut and where the fender mounts is still open, so most of the air is through that space. Since the front of my wheel wells are pretty open mud and water are thrown into you average air filter space, so backwards it is.
Intake temps are nice and low at the moment, but if I run into issues down the road the next step will be a hole in the firewall with the air filter in the glove box. :devil:

That is the next job on the list :)
Although, to be honest it probably won't happen until around mid next year. (Winter for us) Unfortunately i have zero welding ability/experience, so I will have to outsource the job which will not be cheap :/
Also, I'm keen to actually have the car on the road and running over summer so I can at least drive it for a bit, then take it off the road in during the cold crappy weather months to get the job done.E30 325i Touring currently under construction.
