                How is the oil pan going to hang, considering the engine looks like it's sitting rather low? I've never looked under an M6x car, so I wouldn't know. Just curious... I love the massive amounts of work you have put into that thing!

                  The pan is a front sump, like the M20 or M5X E34 pans everyone uses for their swaps. It fits like it was made to be there. The pan doesn't even hang below the lowest part of the front subframe... it's pretty cool how OEM it looks, even from underneath. Custom mounting arms and it all sits on OEM mounts, both motor and transmission. Maybe the guys who designed the V8s "knew" how it would fit into the E30 chassis, lol! It's been a ton of work, but it'll be a blast when it's done...
