On an engine dyno, it produced ~235hp with a reduced rev limit of ~7800.

      Car weighs ~1,800lbs wet

Whats the compression ration and duration of the cams?

Oof, looks fantastic. Unfortunately I wont be making it out and will have to live vicariously through others.

Interesting speedholes in the rear bulkhead.

I like your choice of all silver kidney grille, though if you want a nice kidney with black slats, PM and I'll send your way.

Also, I'll be meeting you next month. I plan on camping on the racetrack and drinking many beers. I'll save you one.

We actually sent this kidney out to Speedway, it had been painted previously.

Sadly, I'll still be here in NH, keeping the wheels moving here at VSR HQ while my father gets to go play at The Quail, Legends, Historics, Singer Porsche, etc...

Maybe next time we can meet - talk cars, burritos, and surf boards.
Until then, I'll keep my Nixon Supertide set to New England, and will practice my wave riding ability on these monster 2-3' swells!

Enjoy the epic week of car-stuff's out there guys!

I keep my Supertide set to Newport Beach, and Upper Trestles. When it's good here, it's goooood. But you go for what you can.

Funny, I was at speedway earlier today. Picked up a few freshly tumbled and ceramic coated valve covers, one for a 1600 project, the other for a tii project. Dan is a good guy. A bit expensive, but no one offers the same level of coatings, or rather, I can't find them.

                  Let's raincheck that beer.

Car was in the paddock at Laguna Seca for less than 12 hours before someone hit/scraped the rear quarter panel overnight.
