What are those little plastic flappy bits called? You know, the ones on the top of the rear door cards. The little black squares. Where did you get them from, and for how much?

they're like $20 each and on realoem. You can get them from any of the parts store like bavauto or fcpeuro
oh jeez. I picked up a pair last year brand new, less than $40 from both. I'll check my receipts and see where I got them. I've been waiting to repaint my interior before installing them
Well couldn't find that receipt but the pair I have are new OEM and I definitely would not have paid $150 each for them. I guess these went up in price since last year
Its a couple is years since I replaced mine but $28 each sticks in my mind.
BMW established a "classic parts division" acknowledging the stroing demand for older parts and since then it seems prices have risen to "premium" levels.
Some other examples:
rear shift plate bushing I paid $54 for a year ago is now closer to $100
dashboards that were $6-700 are $1000+
