I finally hit the break in because I drove it home and it was 1000 miles back. And yesterday night I played around with mdm and dsc off. The car is insane.
It's 2017 dct(haters will hate), executive pkg, apple car play, couple m performance goodies(black kidney, door dolls light up, stainless steel pedals, black side badges, trying to decide if I wanna go do an stage 2 package or not.

I have the DCT as well in my M3, nothing but love here! My suggestion is to live with it for awhile before going Stage 2. Also, you should be getting a voucher for a track day at the BMW M School at Palm Springs. It's a beginners intro to driving, but you can use your credit for a 1 or 2 day M school where they go above and beyond the basics. The best part is, you use THEIR M3s and M2s. You can really learn to thrash your car while not thrashing your actual car! Its $4k for the 2 day school, but everyone tells me it's well worth it. I signed up for the 2 day and I can't wait.

I sat in one recently that a friend of a friend picked up for $50k slightly used. Same color with manual trans. This thing is the perfect size. What are your thoughts on the car now that you've owned it a few months?

after owning it for a few months, love the car. I have never been in an e30 m3 butiwould like to think that this is remake. Its perfect size! like said above. Small and nimble like the e30. Handles like a dream especially once the tires are warmed up. Have not felt any body roll, and if I didn't mention it before (handles amazingly!). Its fast when you need it to be, and the perfect daily.
I do have some complaints.. it is a bit stiff for everyday driving or bumpy roads. The DCT is not perfected has issues that I didn't think it would such as going from reverse into drive.. you give it gas and it won't move for a second, but than jerk forward. The worst part is I avg 14 mpg..lol
