    Thank you!

The g240 had more than 200k miles on it when I swapped it. it seemed fine for the first year with light canyon drives and ironing out the kinks from the swap but after the second year with harder drives and more autox's the transmission is definitely not handling the torque. It's whining, sounds crunchy going into 1st and 2nd sometimes, problems getting into gear when stopped, it's not good. I have a g260 from an e34 I'm going to drop in once I get a hold of a flywheel/clutch/pp, shifter bits, and get a new driveshaft.

I love Glen's car, real classy e30. Even when I drive by his house, it brakes my neck cause it's such a clean sleeper.

    Congrats homie, well deserved.

He needs to move that battery to the back though, freakin nose heavy car with the m30, needs to try and offset it

    Love it

My first car was a 84' 318i and I swapped an M30 in my 89 325is. Good stuff.

I've seen this car a few times at the meets and love the uniqueness as well as the sleeper look. Nice shots too. Simon, you need to edit the original post. I'm trying to read it but the waffles are making me hungry.

I'm honored to have my car chosen for car of the month. Thanks guys! It's pretty pedestrian compared to a lot of the other great cars that have been featured but it's mine and I love it.

Conforti says his chip adds 43+ hp. we can call that 254hp. K&N cone filter advertises a 4% increase of 211hp. Thats around 8hp. That puts us at 262hp. Now I seriously doubt these M30 swap car put out 262hp. What say you? Does this feel faster than an S52?
Without a dyno session to show real numbers who knows what this thing actually puts out but I'll tell you this, it's a lot less than 262hp and it's no S52 killer.
