Yeah I really can't wait to order them I'm at the point where I'm tired of waiting for this guy to buy my parts and I might just buy them anyways.

So I in preparation for the SoCal vintage show tomorrow I was hoping to get a couple odds and ends done.

I've had the swaybar pieces since I did the front just haven't had time. I also picked up some random exhaust stuff which included these two hangers and I noticed my hanger my exhaust was hanging low, also started to sound a little deeper too.

Sadly nothing was meant to be...

    Low hanging balls

    Crack kills....

Obviously I have to regroup and prepare for this and have a better game plan. The sway bar pieces were also "impossible" to install. I need ideas on how best to install the dogbones , maybe taking the entire bar needs to come out?

Also there's a Remus Muffler for sale right now and it's giving me bad ideas

I cant wait to feel it with the M20. Ive been driving with a much heavier right foot too. I have heard the 4HP22 is a strong transmission so Im trying to find out hahah. It hasnt allowed me to pull to redline yet, I think 5k+ is the best its given me so far haha I WILL get it to redline

I swear it feels quicker on its feet now too with the SSRs... just a shame this power is transmitted through the archaic slushbox

That's a big difference in unsprung weight and rotational mass! It must feel more sprightly. Those look great on there.
I do have something special I can send you if you PM me your address. Im serious

it might be a placebo, but it really does feel like its lighter on its feet now.

If I can get this craigslist guy to buy my old W204 Sport suspension I can allow myself to spend the money on the injectors to go with the sssquid chip Ive been waiting to install. I hate selling stuff through craigslist. seriously the worst. I have over $500 in stuff that people have committed to buying and selling my old car parts is usually what lets me buy more car parts, so this is a drag waiting for these people.

    Thanks!

Definitely need to, but Im in a weekend/ evening college program so until 11/11 weekend Im busy every other weekend. the weekend before or after could work. I really need to change my timing belt as Ive been rolling the dice since I bought the car. I have the belt and tensioner, but I havent made it crazy urgent because all of the coolant hoses look brand new, so Im assuming the Water pump was recently done, and who does the Water pump and doesnt do a timing belt. Risky yes, but a calculated risk Im taking.

Plus if it snaps and grenades the M20 maybe it will be more cost effective to get a M54  ... just saying...

And now that I had my studs it was time to install the wheels let's do a before pic

    And about 45 minutes later

And evidence of real weight difference
    44#

    37#
