***Editors Note: Always around winter time, Im looking for IXs to feature and somehow this one had slipped under my radar. I chatted a bit with Francisco and once again, these are the cars I love to feature. Not going to get thousands of likes on Instagram, but thats not what he is shooting for anyways. He built this IX for himself and what a beauty she is. Join me in congratulating Francisco and his IX, he's got December 2018s Car of the Month!***

Story behind the car:
I was a proud Honda CRX owner until I saw an E30 at a meeting.
This 325ix came to my country as Italian embassy car in 1994 and it’s the only known 4dr ix on Argentina. There are six or seven more ix e30s on the country.
I bought the car almost 2 years ago with my mind set up on keeping it original and fully working since it’s front wheel drive system wasn’t working.
The car lacked maintenance and since I bought it I started replacing parts with the best I could afford. In Argentina I couldn’t find any ix exclusive parts so everything I bought was shipped from overseas with a waiting of 2 months, sometimes even more.
Every time I drive the car I get a satisfaction feeling. I enjoy it a lot.
It got me to know a lot of friends that I like spending time with.
I hope you guys like it. Next step is fixing the awd and all the paint details.
