As some of you know, I lost my 318is which I loved dearly two years ago at Watkins Glen. Since then I decided to build a much safer car with the hopes to eventually get my competition license. The car has gone from a bronzit roller to full on race car and I've had the amazing help of many members and shops in the community through out the build. Today was the first time I was able to drive the car at a Porsche autocross event to give it an initial shakedown before heading to NJMP for an HPDE with BMWCCA in April. I was extremely thrilled that I didn't encounter any issues on the first drive, it's my first time with a non street legal car so testing is very limited. I figured I would share few pics from today and during the build. Again I owe a huge thank you to everyone that helped with everything through the whole process.
