I think that's the best reply I've ever heard. I'm stealing that bad boy like I stole the thread title.

Not exactly original, but my father did install it when the car was brand new back in '91. Blaupunkt too!

As Dan posted...heated seats. I know they're more often on the e-brake console, I dunno.

        Love those wheels.

Do you know when they went out of production?

Thanks Luke, I noticed they disappeared out of Tirerack ads in the late 90's.

        Here's my audio setup:
        o Alpine IVA-D310 DVD in-dash screen
        o Kicker KX550.3 amplifier
        o Alpine Type-R 5.25" & 1" component speakers
        o Alpine Type-R 10" subwoofer

I had actually started out with only the Type-R front components as Alpine, but slowly over the years my previous stuff fell apart, and were replaced with Alpine parts. Ironically my first amplifier was an Alpine, but I upgraded to the Kicker afterwards. I'll make it an Alpine again if the Kicker gives me trouble.

Thanks again guys, this support keeps me out of newer cars for that much longer. :D

You see them fuck up often, Luke? This one's been dead reliable for years now, it's an '02 model.

The Alpine in there was only a 200w monoblock, the Kicker is a much more capable 3-channel. But eh, I see your point.
