New E30 (325iX) Owner in RI

    Hey all,

I just picked up this car on Friday. I absolutely love driving it. My Dad has had BMW's most of his adult life, this is my first.

    Anyways, on to the pictures:

    Thanks for looking...

      Thanks,

It is pretty clean, though there is rust on the drivers side door and fender as well as the trunk.

But the seller gave me a door, fender and trunk with the car. I have a friend who has a body shop, so we will hopefully be painting those parts in a couple weeks to get rid of that nasty rust.

Thanks for the compliment on the photos. I just picked up an Olympus E500 dSLR kit a few months ago, so I am still learning :)

It was on eBay, I was the high bidder but did not meet the reserve.

The seller emailed me and asked if I would like to buy it out of auction, which I did :D

Nice RF's very exclusive. Can't tell you the last time I saw these on a car on the road.

Winter's coming...take them off or New England roads will eat them alive.

Wheels won't be on much longer. The seller included a set of Basketweaves ( or whatever they're called ) with Blizzak's mounted.

The suspension setup is Bilstein's and H&R springs.

I live right in Warwick, maybe 5 minutes from Providence. I moved up here from CT about 8 months ago to be closer to work and school. I was commuting an hour to work and an hour home every day, not fun.

And yea, I can not wait for the winter, I am excited. I drove my friends Subaru 2.5RS in the snow one night and that had some pretty bad tires on it. After that I knew I had to have an AWD car. I also have a B5 Audi A4 1.8T, but it's FWD. It does ok in the snow, but I am hoping for more from this car :)
