New suspension is a very good thing. I was completely blown away when I drove my car for the first time with my setup (IE3's/Konis).

And I just bought new control arms and M3 offset CAB's... :D

(If you were talking to me...)

Yeah, I'm stoked to get them installed. I still have to buy new tie rod ends too, so by the time I get it all installed, I'll have rebuilt pretty much the entire front suspension of my car, and it will probably feel so different, I won't be able to differentiate what effect the CAB's are actually having. :D

                  Ditto

BTW: I had popping THR cabs and emailed them, they sent me the new bushing no problem, installed it and have no popping at all. I was too lazy to email for like a year and it turned out to be super easy

Change your tires and it'll handle even better. My experience with Hankook is that they're total crap.

I was working for a tire shop and those came in constantly with blow-outs, a friend of mine was running their "performance" tires and they felt like he was driving on ice to me.

IMO a good cheap tire to check out is BFGoodwich G-Force, i'm happy with the ones i have in the rear, i can't really tell what they can do in the front because...i don't have them there, but they're grippy as shit as far as traction.

White bushing vs. old black bushing

Everyone says the white bushing is a new material, I have nfc but they don't make any noise and I am stoked. As a side note, my black bushings would not slide on, these seem to have more clearance as the white bushings would slide on easily.

I rode on GC's with bottlecaps for years thinking it was the shit, then I got rims+tires and I found a new love for my suspension

There is a practical limit to the handling you will get with 14's because of their massive sidewalls and their limited widths though. Honestly, besides the weight and girth, my E36 handling blows the doors off my E30 and I think its partially because of the 235/40-17 tires. Not the only reason of course because the suspension is pretty different in the rear, but I know it helps.
