    yet another e30 m3 s54

here is my little project. As you can see its still in progress. Hopefully i can get it done by spring.

I couldent pass up this deal, motor was a 2002 smg with less than 10k miles. It was also the most complete engine ive have found.

I am not keeping the smg. i bought a regular 6 speed transmission with 1500 miles.

I bought my tech3r from vic sias with the dual vanos option. With intake, headers, and exhaust i was told to expect 313whp.
I bought the car from Tony M.

    here are some photos..

Dang. It seems S54 is the new S52 swap. Almost looks like a M/S50 without the intake or valve cover on there. :)

If you don't mind me asking how much did you spend on the engine and tranny?

Every time I see threads like this it makes me not want to do the M50 swap I have been trying to talk myself into, and just going right to a S52 or S54. lol!

Looks like this car is going to be fantastic!

                AWESOME!

but I think you need some more garage space to work in.

awesome - tony took great care of that car. I'll be glad to see it finally finished. Somehow, the s54 swap doesn't bother me as much as the s5X swaps do.

thanks for the comments . more pics to come, awaiting on parts.

yup i have to agree about the s50\s52. i almost went with a s52 since it took me a while to find a s54

for the one asking for the cost of the engine\tranny, it was way cheaper than the ones that were sold on ebay.

if your looking for one call vac motorsports..
