    My Old M5

Since some people were wondering I thought I'd post some pictures of my old e28 M5. I was offered a considerable amount more than I paid for it and sold it, wish I never had.

The ironic part of it all is that the guy I sold it to traded it in on a new EVO. The guy who bought it from the dealership brings it to the shop I work out now so I see the car from time to time. It's a lot like running into an old girlfriend.

I used to think the E28s were ugly cars, but the more M5s (and tastefully modified E28s) I see, the more I like them. They're hard to find in my area, and I've never driven one, but I think it'd be a cool car to own.

That sucks about selling it. Who knows--maybe one day you'll buy it back.

just saw one of those, possibly the same car, at the lincoln city outlet mall on the oregon coast, I think it was dec. 26th or 27th. I stood in the rain for a good ten minutes checking it out, my girlfriend was pissed. (we had no umbrella).

Yeah, there's just something about an M5. You can't beat having room to seat four comfortably and the power to embarass almost anything from the era in which it was built. If I could get any BMW I'd have an e39 M5. I work on a lot of them at work and have always enjoyed driving them. I almost bought one but I need a truck type vehicle for all the outdoor activities I do as well as towing so I bought an 07 FJ Cruiser instead. I'll have one someday though.

The E28 528E was the best car ever made..I want to build an E28 M5 replica, but leave the M20.
