um to be honest im not sure. it might be by just a little bit.
they are definitely undersized compared to stock, but it works because they are wide enough for the wheels. in fact I think they look just about perfect on there, like that tire was made to fit the wheel, which is why I think I like it. they aren't 195/40-16 or some BS like that stretched onto a 16x9.
they also fill out the fenders very well, there's nothing worse to me than a car with wheels 2" inside the fenders, and a 1" gap over the rear wheels..
1) Is the tire size indeed 215/40/16? I can't find those tires in that size on tirerack.
2) How is the clearance of these wheels against the brake calipers? Can you possibly take a picture with a piece of measureing tape against the caliper so I can see how much room there is? I would really appreciate it if you could :)
