Here is the video of my first sub 8 minute BTG lap last weekend at the Ring:

As you can see this lap was rather slow to begin with - had
just finished a 11:47 and 8:34 warmup laps after showing up
at the Ring entrance 8:15 Sunday morning :D
After Hatzenbach I started to drive faster since I realized that
with this little traffic it could be a fast lap.

I have a similar setup to you and need to pump the brake pedal once before it grabs as normal. The first time i brake the pedal is very low.
No I don´t need to pump them beforehand.

Here is a pic from my last trip:

... and some more videos :)

First there is a 8:25 lap, reving some more than in the lap I already posted,
lots of traffic (pcars in the way :D ) and construcion again:

Second one is where I´m minding my own business - warming up the car when some
MB190's & a Lotus blast by.... then I just realized the car was up to temp and some
serious suprising was in order :D

The third is when I am on the tail of a new E92 M3 driven by some japanese
guys (a lot of those that weekend!):

Finally a clip in torrential rain - 500hp, rwd and semislicks

PS. Heel'n toe not yet perfected.....

Just got back from the Ring.

The car is now running after the engine rebuild. Did 16 laps without
problems - here is one of them:

I am not pushing the car 100% yet but still did 8:24 BTG even though
    there was some construction work.

The car is working well, and I´m increasing the load on the engine
gradually while monitoring it closely. A/F is 11.9X at wot, water temp
never goes above 3/4ths, oil temp goes to 115°c.

So far everything looks good - fingers crossed.

I am not sure about the power level - still need to take it to a dyno.

I did however see a 997 GT2 enter the track before me and I decided to
see how the M3 would do against it

I was on his tail through Hatzenbach and then we floored it through Flugplatz
    and were break even.

He let me through at Foxhole because it was getting very wet. Later in the
lap it dried up again and we started playing again. I couild not shake him
off but he could not overtake me either.

Here is a video from this lap:

    PS. The blower is TM20

    Great car..

    couple of question fro you:
what bearings are you running in the bottom of your engine (mains and rods)?
which ASA blower are you running TM15?
    what boost are you running?

    cheers
    Josh
The bearings are stock as far as I know.
I´ll check the exact blower model next time I´m in Germany, hopefully
    next week :)
The boost tops around 0.7 - 0.8 bar.

    Hehe, no.

BUT.... I think I was murdered by that car at SPA last year, look at this
    video at 13:20 :D

The guys at Tauber have driven the car today and it´s running too rich
when applying throttle. So tomorrow Oliver and Mr. X will be in touch via
email - sending maps and logs to finetune the mapping. Hopefully they will
manage to do this so I don´t have to fly Mr. X to Munich again or drive
the car up to Denmark :D
