Oldtimers, this one's for you, lets see your past e30's

I came across some pics of my 87 325ic, pics are from summer of 02'. Plus here's a pic of my 86 325is from feb 01'. Yeah 86 325is, the m50 swap is the new "e to i" swap. So oldtimers, post up some pics of your old rides.

Ah yes, the old E30. I loved that damn car...

1988 325, bought for $3200 from a female friend about 4 or so years ago. 17" Mille Miglia MM-II's, fully reupholstered and rebuilt sport seats, a Z3 1.9 SSK, and tons of other little mods. Jordan, my brother in law and myself swapped an M20B25 into her in July of '05, in sometimes triple-digit temperatures and had a blast doing it. She was all set to get lowering springs and plastic bumpers, until I had to go and be a complete and utter moron, and total the poor thing doing something stupid. Anyway, here she is, Kozmo:

And the aftermath of thinking I could drive like Schumi, only about 3 weeks after finishing the engine swap. Came around a wet corner way too hot, and understeered into the oncoming lane, taking out an '85 Honda Accord at about 50 mph, head on. I fractured my sternum and spent the night in the hospital. The paramedics told me I was lucky to be alive, and I remember that every time I drive my new car.

Man I remember your old car Mahle...

4 days after I got it, already had euro grilles and the convex wide rearview mirror. Euro ellipsoids came 3 days later...there is no cure for the mod bug.
                Reminiscing...
