            Also, I'm looking for the thread where the guy had stripes over the entire car, the main part was gold/tan metallic, and the stripes were silver and dark grey. Anyone know what I"m talking about?

                      i have a black e30..and the paint is kind of old. but black is just so rediculous to keep up. i work in the detail dept at bmw and i am constantly dusting off my car. right after im done, new pollen collects. dont forget about swirls and scratches. so a black can look bad or it can look really really good

                        Amen, I had a black e36 and that was such a pita to keep up, constantly using a california duster, birds liked to shit on it, showed everything from finger prints to swirls but when it was polished it looked amazing for two seconds.

                          I am about to be starting on painting the 88 Ginster yellow. ( Yes, it's a V.A.G. color. No, I don't care what you think, I like it) I haven't seen any yellow e30's, so mine will be that.

                              I like red's and green's. So burgundrot, calypsorot. And there is a euro 324d down the road from me thats painted like this e21 that looks good if it was cleaned up.
