well, in the front not much. Maybe 1/4"? in the back, you can get around 3/4" if you take both out. I only took out the top one. It came out pretty even, with the rear having a slight amount of rake so it doesn't look like the back is bottoming out :P

it would be awesome if you could get a GC setup for our cars, but I don't know how much more lowering the CV axles can take in the front. maybe another 1/2", if they were new!

of course most other spring setups should fit on our cars, although I don't know of many people brave enough to try them out. :(

KW Coilovers 3.1" drop in the front and 2.7" in the rear.

KW Height Adjustabilty is 5.4" front and 3.5" back so i got pleny more to go down

Koni 60mm drop for springs with Koni SA rears and waiting for my DA Koni fronts.
M3 encentric bushings, M tech rear sway bar 14.5mm for those who don't know which one it was. Sparco front bar and a custom rear bar with built in reinforcement plates.

Sitting on BBS RZ378's with undersized 205-50-15's Next week it will have the Koni DA's and BBS RS001 on it with ? sized tires. I am looking for an M3 front bar for those who might have one for sale.
