I've finally got myself an e30 and cant wait to get working on it. Truth is my car is on the way - i still havent seen it, just photos and it was checked out by a fellow bm nut who by the way owns an 87 325is us spec. Anyway here are some photos of my car and my friend's 325
my car is an one owner from new 84 316 imported into india from uk with mtec 1 steering wheel, gknob, bottlecaps and an original zender rear spoiler. Its got black leather, rear headrests and rear curtain oe. Plans r to take it first up to 325i or is spec - its going to be slow as everything has to be purchased abroad. anyway glad to have an e30 finally - pl post ur comments

Neat car, thats actually one of my favorite spoilers. It's 80's fantastic, you should drive that car wearing a suit with a pastel t-shirt and listening to Flock of Seagulls.

very nice looking sharp car with euro bumpers!. What do you have to do to get it to india emmissions standards?

What does a 316i get on gas mileage by the way??

                        owning an e30 in india

hi everyone , thanks for looking - its really special and frustrating to own an e30 in india - all parts have to be sourced from abroad - like my cars 325i transplant - phil got his mtec kit from ebay uk - any way it 's all worth it cos its such a great feeling everytime i drive it - some photos from the circuit
