    New Shoes- Deep Dish!

    Hey All,

I was rushed for time so I took some really quick pics of the new shoes... I'll take some better shots shortly.

I think I need to lower the rear by another inch and she'll sit nicely.

    Rims: 16x8 ET15 Sportmax 501
    Tires: Nexen N3000 215-40-16

Let me know what you think.

    Before....

    Now....

Car looks really nice, I'm not feeling the wheels though. Wrong theme. (Edit: Wait, just noticed your muffler...Maybe the theme is right).

Not to bad looking. I'd say lower the car an 1 1/2" if not more all the way around though. Are you planing any kind of bumper swap soon?

Im not planning on any bumper swap... keep 'er in all her old school glory. If anything thinking about colour matching the bumper surrounds, bumper and an early style IS airdam.

My 2.7T hybrid build will commence in the winter to hopefully have it in and running for next summer.

[Edit] : I'm running KYB Gr-2 w/ Cosmo Coilover setup. To dump it more, I'll have to re-weld lower spring seat on the front struts and get shorter coils on the rear.

The wheels are definitely not my style, but they don't look bad at all man.

Wheels are ugly as shit , just like the rest of the cheapie Sportmaxx's .

But the width and offset is money .

                          wow, same thing im running.

imo needs more stretch and a taller sidewall. but thats just how i see it.

                          looks good though.

Cosmo coilovers, KYB struts, fart can exhaust, and the cheapest wheels ever made. Ballin' on a budget!

Somehow I knew when I read the title of the thread that it was going to be a car on Sportmax's and it was going to have a lot of fender gap.
