Ok...some pictures before I begin working on the car today. Yesterdays progress was not as much as I hoped, but I think I got a lot done.
Front grille complete:
Rear window winglets ready for chrome:
Photos of the headliner install...using office supply butterfly clips to hold the headliner in place. :D
Rear portion of the headliner is complete. Didn't come out as good as I hoped, but I'm happy with it for a first time headliner install:

Pulled the dash slightly off, installed the windshield gasket, put the dash back on and installed the windshield. It was 90 with 90% humidity today...sucky!!
I get excited everytime I pass my hand on it... :puppy:Last edited by rodrigo; 06-08-2008, 05:08 PM.

Havent made too much progress lately...work has been busy and warm weather means taking care of the lawn, and making the house look all tidy and stuff like that.
I have the carpet in...needs to be cleaned. Sunroof is in as is the header panel, but it still needs some adjustment (thanks Vlad...I will look up the guy you mentioned).
Also, the rear shelf needs to be re-covered...the deleting of the bonnet for the third brake light is almost complete. Dash and HVAC are in...still need to close up the hood cowl on the HVAC.
slowly.... :(

Great job I have been following this thread and you have done a great job. I have one question though I have the same seats as you and I was wondering what you used on them to make them so clean? I saw you used stoners carpet cleaner but what did you use on the seats. I tried just soap and water and I got a lot of the crap up but I still have a good portion to remove.

Here are some pictures of the car...spent yesterday all day drivingit around as you see. Probably not the safest thing, but its just such a fun car. :) The seats are in, but there's still a lot of work to do. I also have some hardware I need to post pictures of...I forgot where ti goes :(
So...this is a shot around the back side of the neighborhood. Still need to put on that little vent trim by the oil cooler.
Moster truckkin on b'Caps! Still need to work out the mounting of the front plate...
The droopy exhaust:
Side of the car...I really need to wash it:
The more 'civil' interior, according to my boss. The gray carpet did not com eout as bad as I was expecting. I think I may end up chaging the headliner eventually to a lighter color....but eventually...
...Almost there
