There is one 2 miles from my house.
    Interesting, but not exciting.

One on ebay is over-valued IMHO...
    Below the radar...

I've always thought the same about them. They are cool, they are a very interesting car, and the fact that they have an M20 is pretty cool. But other than that, I've never thought they were that special. I've wanted one of those steering wheels forever, though. Didn't that RobM3 guy with the white M3 have one of those wheels?

        That's all wrong;)

That dash wont fit in an e30.... took lots of measurements and it appears to be too short. A LOT of work would be necessary.

I would LOVE the z-link rear suspension out of the rear of one though. I have never been able to get acurate measurements to see if it would fit in the e30 though. The Z1 uses a prototype multilink rear instead of trailing arms.

ANother cool feature is that you can buy a sprare set of plastic body panels from BMW and completely change the color of the car is a lil over an hour.

really, it is kind of sad...

anyway, I never understood the door deal, I mean it isn't like the visibility is needed or anything. it's not for anything performance-wise, is it?
