      OMG !!!!!!!!!!

Private property and property.! Sheesh.. yes the guy saw you face to face and didn't ask. But at least it's not like he cut up his eyes at you in a bold way.

I do commend you for not making an unnecessary scene with the guy.

The guy parked partially on the grass; R3Vers think of it as a way of taking up less space on ones driveway.

I'd fear being an EMS driver having to come into many people in this thread driveways !

Think for a minute, we have all been on private property before. tresspassing? Of course not huh.

If confrontation is that much of an issue, the least you could have done is left a note under his wiper or something.

          English Common Law

Some of you must not be from around here. Perhaps you are from communist or socialist countries.

In the USA, we do not mess with, use, or touch another man's property without his permission. Without his permission, it is trespassing. Even if we have caused no visible harm, he is still harmed by our trespass, and he will win in court if he were to sue us--even when there in no visible harm.

The property owner does not need to ask nicely or say anything at all. He is entitled to remove the offender and the offender's car from his property. (Come onto another man's property in Texas after dark and watch what happens.)

At common law, any unauthorized entry onto land in the exclusive legal possession of another is a trespass, whether or not the entry was intended and, if unintentional, whether or not it occurred with negligence. The law presumes that damages accrued by reason of a trespass without the necessity of proof of actual damage. The action of trespass is directed at the vindication of a legal right, without which the defendant's conduct, if repeated, might ripen into prescription.

In addition, punitive damages may be awarded without a showing of malice or ill will. It is enough that the evidence demonstrates that the defendant's conduct amounted to an intentional disregard of the plaintiff's rights.

Welcome to America. Now, get the hell off my property!

i live in a very ritzy neighborhood with people that think that "well he has a big yard, why not let my dog shit all in it. i know i have a bag but i dont feel like pickin it up.".
kids run all through my lawn (i live on a corner/cult'sac) and they play in it and they let their dog shit all over it. i mean i cant even walk to get my paper without stepping in some shit. my family can't play outside without rolling in shit. im sick of this shit! lol.

well like you, i have a little fix for it. thing is, i ask constantly for these people to not let their kids, dogs, and bikes in my yard. then i tell them. then i leave notices in their mailboxes, and they still do it!

i went to walmart not too long ago and picked up a nice 1100FPS bb/pellet rifle. its so quiet and strong. it (almost) went thru a 2x4.

now nieghbors are all confused and wondering why tha hell their dogs come home screaming (i try not to hurt em too bad, i love animals) and crying. i swear my dog shit issues have been cut in half. as for the kids, i have a very pretty but aggressive bijon frise (small dog) that eats kids for dinner. lol really! she is trained not to leave the yard and she wont, even if shes chasing a cat or kid.

bottom line is, people do what they want to do disregarding all morals, values, respect, and common courtesy. you have to bring it to those measures sometimes.
Thats totally fucked up, the dog has no idea its your yard he or she is shitting in.If you are catching them in the act which you must be doing if you are shooting their dogs why can't you just go outside and have a stern talk with them right then and there or maybe time it so you walk out to them right as the dog is crouched, makes them realize they are a huge asswhole, hell take pictures of offenders in the act and pass them out to the whole neighborhood including them. Or even call the police and have them fined if they have ignored your warnings.

An air gun will only anger the intruder try an xd-40 or 45. A springfield armory side arm that will stop them were they are not anger them into returning fire with a superior weapon. Try a kimber carry 45 you will be amazed. Air guns are just an excuse to be harmed.

i have a better idea, shoot the owners, not the dogs. it's not the dog's fault. and OP, i can't believe you didnt confront this guy and ask him wtf he was doing there? you had time to take pics but not ask the guy? i agree with linus, that was a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles move.

People wonder why the rest of the world hates Americans...
to the 5 of you that are mature in their responses (and can use proper grammar), thank you.

the rest of you- grow up. shooting animals with pellet guns that can punch through 2x4's is not a manly or acceptable way of dealing with problems.

Floor jack to the middle of the street! What happens after happens after. I've done this numerous times when people decided to block my driveway both at home and at the shop. It's fukin' comon sense! Never have i not found a parking space and decided "Hmm, this guy won't mind if i park on his driveway / grass." Whats next? Maybe come in my house, eat my food, watch my tv, and fuk my chick? Just my two cents! As for peoples pets shitting / using my lawn, thats easy! I just let my pitbulls loose! Problems all solved. P.S. my dogs are trained not to leave my property. Whats on my property is fair game!
