Have your logo made on a CNC machine. Grind down the veins where you want it placed. Drill a series of wholes through the valve cover. Tape the new emblem on to the cover. Flip it over and weld from behind. That's what i plan on doing once i have access to the schools CNC machines. Either that or i'll lay down a crap load of weld on to the cover and CNC the valve cover itself.

i saw some one paint a plaid design on a valve cover a while back. it was kinda cool. dont remember who did it though.sigpic
