Keep in mind you must change the steel valence before you put on the M-Tech 1 front spoiler. The extra tow hook just needs to be cut off....and if you never track your car just cut them both off and you can have the access hole on your M-Tech 1 spoiler filled before it is sprayed.

Yep, I have the euro valence in my garage as well, it has some surface rust I have to take care of, which is why I did not mount it

Get some Naval Jelly rust dissolver. It works pretty well. Just use a wire brush and get rid of all you can and then slap some of the pink goo on there and let it eat it up. Then you just hose off. You might need to do it more than once though.
