New addition to the garage - 540i M-Sport

I couldn't hold out anymore. I've been looking for the right one for about 6 months now and one just happened to pop up for sale locally.

It's an '03 540i M-Sport. This was the only year they offered this particular sport package. I had a hell of a time finding a good one with black interior and 6-speed. Man this baby goes!

My boss has one. I told him I would buy it from him the second he decides he wants to get rid of it.
Oh, and hope you never have to replace the alternator. They are watercooled and about 500 bucks AT COST.

Oh man, e39's are freakin sick. And its even better you found an M-sport 540 6speed. And silver/black is almost as hot as black/black or blue/black. Nice find!!!

The m62 is also a pretty darn good motor, just watch out for valve cover gaskets, alternators can be pricey(water cooled) and suspension bushings.

m5 is ballin. 540 sport is ballin on a budget. wheels looks cheap, otherwise, nice.
