The people that rip on this thing have obviously never seen it in person. It's a pretty nice car, I don't even mind the styling.

Dude, it cause drifters go out of their way to make ugly or flashy cars.

Do you know how many pink spraypainted parts the locals have? fuuuuuck. They spend 10X the time finding out how to stretch their tires more and getting their car slammed and "TOO GHEY" on blind backroads than actually drifting.

I mean, it's not helping the fact it's already the figure skating of motorsports.

True, there's people that do that. But in the end, it comes down to the fact if they actually DRIFT or not. In most drifting forums you have 75% of the people who never even drifted in their lives. Groupies with "jdm" cars. :p

Eh, a lot of them just don't have lives outside of shitty jobs and drifting so they spend hours debating SR20 vs KA-T or who's car is slammed the most and wanting to overnight parts from Japan. It should be an occasional weekend activity, not a "lifestyle"... like the similar guys with draggers... who live F&F 1

I never understood the KA-T guys. Every time they start to debate with me, I laugh at their faces after they mention KA-T for a solid 5 minutes. The conversation usually ends there.

But I know exactly what you mean.

My main gripe about the wheel spacing is it looks goofy (IMO) i mean looking at it head on looks kinda funky to me. i guess im too much of a purist but it looks as though you had an s14, crashed it, and then put all the parts onto an e30 shell. It just seems out of place to me personally. Now, that being said im not knocking your car theres just certain things i wouldve done differently.

and not knocking drift cars im a fan of erick's sedan its purpose built. his car is awesome and he can handle his car very well on the courses ( you arent too shabby yourself)

My point being is what i said was never to be viewed as "ragging" on your car i was merely stating my opinion on your car in its current status....... Which is what i thought you were looking for when posting a member's rides thread about your car.

Anyhow, kudos and keep her shiny side up

i just like actual activity... even FUH RAZE styling loses out to practical and what works simply.

But to all the WAH WAH's talking about things he's done to the car... just ignore it. A lot of drifters are trying to get panties in a twist, so don't give in to it. Is anyone truly losing sleep over some DC stickers, ugly tails, and general styling of a 240?

His wheel fitment is nothing out of hand. Mine is very similar, except I didnt have to go balls out on my front fenders for it. :p

Honestly though, right now my car is "purpose leftover" instead of "purpose built" :p

I'm running a whole spread sheet of what needs to be done for this "reconstruction" period between Jan-Feb and I'm cringing at the thought of it. This + cage + suspension on the vert + tires is killing me.

Anyone wants to buy what's left of my soul? :p

i dont understand why some people(not saying anyone here) get so worked up about others cars. its one thing if its lowered on cosmos coilovers, stock shock with some altezzas and 17x7 konig honda wheels. then thats kinda dumb..but to that person..its the shit...honestly everything that people do to cars has a purpose. whether it be to look cool to them or be functional and look cool at the same time. i think a lot of the cars that people post up look like fuckin honda accord rejects of an abortion...but im not gonna pull a jordan and try to e pimp slap someone. and if for some reason i came accross as defensive. i didnt mean to. im just kinda a smartass. :D i dont post here looking for an atta boy on my sweet ass..i post merely to add to the community and share with others what i have built..isnt that what this site is all about??
