325i cabrio -90 s38 swapped, COTM March -16

I dont want use cheap aftermarket ecu. That was one point of this swap, to use many as possible bmw orginal parts.
if you want faithfull and everyday working ecu, it cost. Otherwise have to pay someone who tune it because i dont want to learn that.

Close to me lives few guys who can tune motronic and other stock ecus (siemens/denso/bosh/ etc) i dont ask yet but i think they are not tune stock s38.

I know that with good aftermarket ecu there was many options to tune and more detail but this old and simply engine i think that it costs more what i really need

Little update, this car still breath, next summer maybe More
Got new tension straps, someone had to put those in Roof some Day.
And i use new upholterer to cover Center consol on Black leather with Black stitch

Little steps and upgrade to next season

Put better rear subframe, that is on car allready.

End of last summer i Bought carbon airbox but it for e28 with m88 so that need some work. Abs box had to move, new brake/cluch can. Bottom it have to cut and fit for oil filter and brake booster.
There is to much for this winter so that goes forward.

Bought bosch 580cc injectors. Some seals, hoses
And aem 320lhp ethanol fuelpump.
Last week Friend of mine take motronic and do some magic with that. Dont know what yes you read right stock 1.2 motronic:)

Spring we go to dyno, there he Finishes hes tunes and i hope we got More N/A power to next summer.
