Paint the iS lip (and maybe the rockers and rear valance)
Paint the exhaust can black

Personally I don't think you should do a thing. That cars finished for asthetics.. anything else would ruin it. IMO

VERY, VERY nice! If your paint is still the original paint and your black rocker panels are in excellent condition, leave it like that. Don't bother painting them body color. I think the front lip would look good painted body color.

I'm not feeling the front plate AT ALL on your car, i personally think it would look cleaner without it.

Yea, the paint is still original, and me and jb325is resprayed my rockers a few months ago. I also want to paint the front lip body color, just need to get around to buying the $30 spray paint.

I love my front plate. I think it totally changes the look of the car.
