Random question Ryan. How's the zoning out there? That looks to be residential in the pictures. Is it zoned for a shop or do you have a variance?

Regardless, I hope everything goes well!
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

Congrats to you on your new changes. It takes a lot of guts and dedication to leave everything you know and put it all into a new venture. Much respect to you, sir. If you were closer you could count on me as a customer, but I'm not sure 10 hour commutes would be worth it. :D

Wow, big UPS to you Ryan for changing your life man. Takes a lot of guts to do something like. You seem to be a person who knows what you want and is willing to work hard at it. It shows from all the hard work you put into your cars. Hope everything will work out well for you. To bad you didn't get to do a shout out for you up and coming shop in the magazine where your car is featured.

On another note, Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon had a trailer on the beach and took home some nice looking blonds. So, big UPS to the trailer. lol

Thank you for the positive comments! McDreamy on Grey's Anotomy lives in an Airstream on some land aswell. I didn't know all this was happening when the magazine article was written, thats why there is still a shout out to my ex on there! Whould have been GREAT P.R. though.

The zoning is residential, but you are allowed to have your business at home (not commercial) and the building is approved and permitted by the county.
Vacman- yea, too bad your not closer, but never know maybe I will be able to do something for you in the future.
About the releationship- it ending was what I needed to get the shove in the right direction to start my own business and make a life for myself that I was keeping myself from doing when I was with her.

              M3 Ryan,

Here that man, sometimes when relationships end good things happen for the best for yourself.

As for the P.R., just keep doing what your doing best at. That is what most of us on here know you as, a great builder of kick as cars. If your at bimmerfest you can promote there as well. If I see you there I will pass by and say hi.

damn, pulled the trigger and then some. Grabber green on the forklift would be pretty cool. cant wait to come up and visit the new shop.

OT: i was in the exporting business a few years back, shipping Vintage Airstream trailers to Japan...was interesting.

I'd be too big a puss to make a leap like that haha. If you can't get that cabbie down those roads i will be more than happy to take care of it for you. But seriously, good luck though.

Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

Yea, the first pics of the trailer were from a few weeks back, before I had some more work done on the place. Its looking better and better everyday. I started building a 12'x16' deck off the trailer today as a kick-it pad, and the hot tub will sit right next to it so its easy to get in/out of. It will be a nice addition once it's all finished. I got a hammock comming too as I have these trees that are perfectly spaced in a good spot. I won't feel like working if its too comfortable so I gotta be careful.. LOL.
