You have your priorities in order I see. If I hadn't taken the family route I would prolly have done something similar. Watch those fork lifts too, at the shop I used to work at we got one suck that was very similar too yours. Our F-450 tow truck had a hell of a time getting it out.

Congrats and good luck Ryan!!
Talked to Luis a couple of days ago and he said that you had moved and that you were opening your own shop. That's very cool. Congrats, I was hoping it was around here so I can take you my car, but I guess not? :(
I wish you the best of luck on your new venture.

The dealer is steady, not super busy, not super slow, and I'm making my 40 hours a week, just having to work a few late nights to make 'em. A really good friend of mine just moved out to Monterrey, she loves it out there and I think she even took her z3 to the dealer, but who knows. Eventually I'll make it back out to California, and hopefully NOT in a dealership. I need to fabricate, not sit on a GT1 all day. Give me a call some time and we'll talk.

How much do trailers like that run? When I get done with school I want to buy a bunch of land and live cheap for like 4-5 years, until I save up money to build a nice house and garage. I was thinkin like 5-6 acres or more and getting a cheap ass trailer home. Never crossed my mind to actually get a mobile trailer...
Hope it all works out great for you! If I'm ever there, I'd love to drop in and check it out, if you allow random guests and stuff? lol- Sean Hayes

I paid $60,150.00 out the door, delivered with 7yr factory wty. The retail price of this trailer is $64,270+tax+lic+fees comes out to over 73k all said and done.. They are hard to find on the used market and I wanted something with a wty that I didn't have to mess with so I could stay focused on my new business and not on fixing my old busted ass trailer... You can save a TON if you are willing to put in work though. Airstreams hold their value and last FOREVER. You can buy an 80's arestream for around 15-20k and have a very nice place to live. Then when you build a house, you can travel in it or use it for guest quarters. They are a timeless design that will always look classy. Most fiberglass trailers fall apart after the 10 year mark unless you really take care of them from the start. Airstreams last forever. To each his own though!'88 M3.2 S54 Lachssilber/Black

I will be smoking my headlights soon, just need to order some new lenses so I can put my baffles in and have clean new glass to make them perfect again.
Here are a few shots of my new deck.. still in progress, should be finished today. I need to cut some more peices of the hardyplank boards for the ends of the deck.. Not too bad for my first deck though. I made a few mistakes but all in all I am very happy with it. It is 12x16, and the hot tub will be moved over flush with the end of it at the back corner. I need to level the earth and get some sand/pavers down for that to sit nice and flat.
More to come after todays progress of the foundation. I'm headed to Vegas tomorrow through sunday for M-Fest so I will have more updates on monday when I get back.'88 M3.2 S54 Lachssilber/Black
