The guy just e-mailed me the pics of the car that looks exactly like yours, he said he bought it in Cali

No way would I sell my M3!!! That car has replica CSL's on it and no EVO2 lip, no filled bumpers, standard fenders, door locks, stock rear wing, 2 wipers, the list of differences goes on and on :D
That car was for sale on Craigslist about 8mo ago in the Bay Area and people kept asking me if it was my car.. Mines sitting right outside

The big rocks?? They are a retaining wall for the slope, we had to cut 5' into the earth and the errosion would eat the earth away. I did the wall on the steepest parts of the earth that would be most prone to errosion. And a rock wall just plain looks nicer than raw dirt/clay :D

Sweet man, Looks like there will be one sooner than we think. We are planning one for the summer now. It was such a good turn out, people have been asking when the next one is going to be, so maybe in the summer we will have one. I will keep you updated.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I got the rock rom Hanson Brothers up in Grass Valley, its a small aggregrate company..
I will definatly have a BBQ to kick off the shop, and the more E30's the better!! I should have splitters and other products available for people to buy at a very discounted rate for the BBQ attendees. I will keep you all updated on the progress as the shop gets put up.
The pour went well, we got the form boards off today and started back filling the surrounding area around the pad. I am headed out of town tomorrow and again next week as there isn't much for me to do here now until the building shows up on monday-ish next week.
I will post pics tomorrow morning of the pad, and of my new tow rig/daily driver!! HINT: It has a 6cyl with a Holset in it...

Ryan actually used to live really close to me in Santa Barbara. He took a job in Morro bay I believe and he move up there and now he is on yet another adventure!!

The location is badass, it kinds like that around where I live except now day 2 acres is hard to come by.

Good luck with everything going on up there Ryan, I hope it all works out.
