Obviously if myself or Jay did it we would run the bypass valve. We would also remove it during the poor weather months. I thought about putting a filter there before, just never bothered.

Wether I get around to it or not is the real question. Chances are I am to lazy to do it.

Digitalwave: i buy my part carts at copart in tampa, its an auction, they got all kinds of cars, i only buy with cd title, means certificate of destroction. i got my 87 325is parts car for 125 + auction fees and towing came out to 225. thats cheap and i got the e28 535i for that much to and it was driving out of there. let me know i can hook u up.

also guys i do clean that filter once a month and we dont have shit like rocks and dirt dirt here in FL, its pretty clean just some dirt here and there, as for the wheel wel cver i took it off to show how the filter sits in stay.
