I thought a family car was supposed to be big? :P

I'd much rather go for an Escape or something.

But good luck with it, much better than a 2dr e30 for a kid and a babyseat

Well, we looked at Jettas, E28s and E34s, Mercedes E class, Saabs, Altimas, Sentras, Accords, Imprezas, and all kinds of shit.. What it came down to was that we got a killer deal on the Focus, and it still has half of it's warrenty left. We'll probably trade it in next year for something higher end anyway.

Oh yea, it is pretty big. The rear seat is pretty roomy even with the front seats way back. SUV is too much right now, and my girlfriend would not step foot in a wagon. She said no to a 535ti :(

            Not even a V70R? I'm a 21-year-old male and I'd roll one of those.

                  I think he means 535iT.

"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."

it's fugly, but I suppose it gets decent gas mileage and will get you from A to B. just hope it doesn't catch on fire or something.

I think it's fairly good looking. It has a ton of features and a reasonable amount of power. Those were the main items.

However, as soon as the warranty expires we will be trading it in.

ford focus....why not get a toyota echo, or a honda civic, maybe even a hyundai elantra...

had to bash a little, its a focus after all, but if thats what yer family needs, then thats what yer family needs. end of story.
