So about a month ago I decide to get another car. Damn gas prices was killing me and plus I did not need such a big car. I was browsing CL and came across a lot of nice bmw and than there was this one e30 that stood out. I was fully restore and had all the goods upgraded. I finally decided it was time to buy a e30. Now a little background this is my previous car:

It was a 03' 530i, dropped on some kw, eibach sb, oem lip, m5 mirror, rim, dinan exhaust. Simple and slammed just the way I like it! :p Just sold it last friday. :(
Anyways so I was totally new to the e30 scene, and first thought damn this is a big downgrade.
But eventually after talking to numerous people on this forum and bimmerfest/bimmerforums I knew I was making the right choice. Damn e30 owners are so bias, jk!
Sooo, last month after doing tons of research and had my eyes set on a coupe or 4dr I ended up getting a vert. Turns out the vert. was the best choice I could made. Before my e39 I had a s2000, so convertibles is always good especially here in CA.
So here she is 90' 325ic, cirrusblu metallic, tan int., 4.10 lsd w/ 130 on the clock. She had a little damage to the front, but nothing my body shop couldn't handle. (Parents own a body shop)

LOL at the turbo badge, PO what a poser!
Not bad for $800 huh?
So after getting her back home, I wanted to this the right way. I knew the damage db's had to be replace, so instead of getting another one. I search and read tons of articles on different kind of bumpers upgrade and finally decided to go with the plastic. Once again simple upgrade and gives the car a great facelift. I also got a front valence to go along with the facelift. Both for $70, not bad ehh?
Along with the front, I got a new hood and fender. Turns out though I didn't really like the texture on the valence, so what can you do? Detexure it, man it was a pain in the mutha F'in ass!

Next thing I did was of course get plastic rear bumper for the car, and lucky us vert. guys, theres no need to modify bumper! With the help of tim (vacman) I took his directions and easily mounted the rear bumper. Also I didn't like the 3rd brake light, so I got a new trunk, euro style! :D

So when I was in the process of mounting the front, there seem to be something missing. The LIP/spoiler! First off this project is on a budget, so instead of buying a is or rieger lip for $150-200. I came across Cris thread on the volvo lip upgrade. So I went on the hunt for one, and after $18 here it is mounted on the valence.

Fast forward to this week, I just finished rewire the fog light and turn signals. We test fitted the front valence and front bumper. And pretty much sanded down the whole car. Turns out the car had a gash on dr. side and little dents here and there. So basically I'm shooting the whole car keeping its original color, damn she is going to be a fine ass girl once again.
Heres some pics from today:

I hoping to get her in the booth and shoot her tomorrow or over the weekend! Stay tune for some more!
Big thanks to the people I met on this forum who helped me with this project and those who inspire me to mod her properly. Just to name a few td325ic, vacman, vlad, davidv, etc!
Mods to come:
Rear apron
Hopefully c3 coilovers or something close (Slammed)
rims (good size lip)
that's all, keepin it clean and simple!!!!;)
Comment & criticism welcome!
