The insurance agency tried to screw me but i had a pristine daily with all receipts and only 5k put on every year. They wanted to give me 2500 and i received 4000 for the car and 850 from the junkyard since it was a private insurance agency that did not pick the car up... i wish you the best of luck and sorry for your loss.
