He isn't on the forum as of now. He is a really cool guy. His brother has a 4 door 325i white with fender flares. He was in the little drifting videos from the Camarillo drift event a few weeks back.

      Here's his car:

He does the same thing as his brother does. He uses his brothers username on here as well.

      OP, why were you wondering?

Oh and yes those are genuine Recaros and the wheels are the Eurostop Style 001s. Just like the sportmaxx 002s but they have 4 lug holes and the centers are flat.

Where did you get your front end? I think you have the cleanest, most tastefully modded front end in North America.

I'll admit I've seen worse, sure, but it begs the question:

If you can afford SRD's, then why not try to do the rest of the car up right?

By "right" I mean leaving the front end stock, leaving the fenders stock, centering the license plate (so the car doesn't look like it belongs to some hoodlum in a VW Golf,) and (as crazy as it may sound) clean the paint up a bit.

                  obvy. a track car.

and modded enough to merrit a "A" class (from G class) when running auto-x.

some e30 owners out there actually DRIVE their cars instead of making them look "euro pretty"

looks like a fun ride, where you wouldn't worry about scrapping hard on corners, running down plastic cones and hurting precious splitters and other doodads that equate to a womans makeup case.

And clearly for an autocross or for dorito-ing, a stock front end simply won't do.

well, knowing him, he probably didnt pay full price for them. He has a lot of hook up so he may have got them for dirt cheap or maybe even free.

The rust on your front end and the missing headlight... weight savings? I read that every ounce counts on track cars.

I'd be shocked if that POS passed any real inspection. If anything, it's just a beater drift car, and who cares to clean it up because it's gonna be planted into a wall or backwards into a semi truck. Half the drifters... hell, that's a conservative estimate, 80% of drifters seem to be racing to be in the Darwin Award running.
