19, now working on my 9th car since age 16 (never wrecked any of them).
I've had 4 e30's: 84 318i (member on here owns is), 88 325i (member on here turned in into track car I believe), 89 325i (never should have sold, idiot parted it), 91 318i (sold and someone is restoring it)
Currently I drive an e39 autotragic

how do all you 19 year old kids afford s52's? parents with money. not an insult or anything just wondering cus i have never had the money to do this kind of thing.
got my first car when i was 18. it was a 1976 bmw 2002. then when i was 20 i got a 318i.
i guess i did put a shit load of money into my 2002. over $7000 in repairs and upgrades.sigpic

im 20, on my second 318is. have had about 4 other cars that i bought before i could drive.
insurance and tax is a killer over here, im paying $2,468 (€1800) in insurance and its $822 (€600) to tax the car for the year, then add to that the cost of petrol over here, its about €1 a litre which works out at $6 a gallon. if i had a 325 id be paying $1500 in tax alone, and i wouldnt be able to get insured on it! Its not fair!
