they look like SRD's that have been recovered...... that is not mtech cloth.... and the brackets are not OEM... but it looks good

Yes it is. There were a lot more versions of M-Tech cloth; not just the ones you have seen on M-Tech Cabrios or EVOIII.

nevermind, i'll find a freaking picture. No i'm not buying them for the look TJ, i was just wanting to see what they looked like with cloth sport seats. An example of why i would want a picture of that would be mounting points and if i needed to put anything between the harness and the seat where the plastic and the cloth join and the top to prevent any wear to the seats.
