Well if you decide to part it out, and want to ship big items, you have a buyer for both driver's side doors. Good luck with whatever you do!

That looks like a light hit. How much it'll cost to fix? depends on where do you get the parts. who will be putting it back together, and doing the painting. I would fix it.sigpicComment

The cost of repair can vary extremely depending on where you take it. I would like to state that i am in no way a body repair man, but i have had a few experiences. hopefully someone can give you a better idea but here's my .02 You might be able to salvage the hood, you need a new fender, ellipsoids, grill, and will most likely need to pull the frame. Depending on how severe the frame is damaged i'd bet $300. Hood repair $100. fender ellipsoid and grill depend on how good you are at bargaining at the local yard. paint another 300. this is again just an idea.-tim

just buy a big ass sledge hammer and beat the inner support into shape if you dont want to spend any money. slap a fender/bumper/ lights/fan on it- and a new radiator if nec.-- i would imagine with the right resources you could get that thing back on the road for under 300-400 dollars.Comment

i have taken the sledgehammer approach before and have never really been happy with the end result. but i might give it a shot just cus im so dam broke right now. i think im going to go get an estimate at a body shop and see how much it will cost me just to get the body all strait again and then ill slap on a new fender, hood, lights and grill myself.sigpic

I have a front hood that you can have.... its been slightly damaged, but it will close, its alpine white II, and its FREE. Better yet, its local to the EastBay.
It also looks waaay better than what you have now.
Hopefully you've got a friend that can transport it for you... it can be strapped to a roof rack!Comment
