I think the pictures just need some photoediting. equalization will bring out the contrast.

in any case, very clean looking car. what bilstein shocks do you have (HD, sport)? ever autox or track it? I also like the M3 antenna.

Yeah Ill try to get some pictures on a day its not so sunny out.. or I can try what nando said and equalize them in photoshop, not too sure if it'll fix the problem but worth a try.

Im running the bilstein heavy duty's in the front, the backs are still stock shocks but holding up pretty nicely (Im a student so I dont have a lot of money to spend, I do what I can a bit at a time). The antenna looks cool, but the reception isnt the greatest, I got it from a guy who bought it off bavauto so Im guessing its not as good quality as the oem m3 antennas. Im gonna get the rieger front lip as soon as eurostyle starts making the replicas. I really dont feel like spending 300 for a lip when I can get a replica for much much less and its basically the same thing, plus he lives within a 20 min drive so its an easy pickup.

I'd sure hate to have a cheap crappy fiberglass replica of the Rieger lip like Eurostyle will make. Even the ABS plastic authentic Rieger lips extremely fragile, I couldn't imagine how weak and how much a pain in the ass a fiberglass knock off would be.

I dunno why you guys badmouth eurostyle, his products are actually very strong. My is lip is a replica made by him and surprisingly enough it can take a strong beating, i cant count how many times ive scraped it (i drive in really rough areas) and so far its withstood the beatings. Plus its true on the ix, the rieger lip wont actually be so low, so it shouldnt be a problem.


and dave, nah i didnt get the fenders yet, though i beat out most of the dent on my own, still needs a bit of shaping though to look right.

His fibreglass lips = MUCH more flexible than OE ABS ones. bmw m5lover on here (the white M-Tech II front, ix sides, white car) probably broke his FG lip off 10 times before it was finally unable to re-mount. My fibreglass lip has yet to break off, but it's scraped the ground repeatedly with no splitter without a crack.

Seb the car's looking good, hopefully me you and Terry can get out on a damn photoshoot soon. 8)

anyway, i like the black blob.

What I meant by this is that everything is black. All the cars lines are hidden. Its just bad lighting. My car may be all silver (how I intended it to be) but even in direct sunlight you can see character lines fine.
