    E30 Timeline

    CAUTION. 4x4 status

I need to lower it. I know. But, funds say other wise.

    (FLAME SUIT ON)

Well I have currently been fogless for about..well, since April of '08 when I bought it. Being the kind fellow that moberg12 (bf.c) is, he hooked me up with some fogs :D

    Here is my first e30. A 1988 325i auto 4dr bronzit:

And here is my 2nd, its an 86 325es 5spd coupayyy with a full 'i' swap, that's stroked as well. Here is when I first got it, when it started out as an 'es'. She also has 338,xxx on her body ;)

    Mmm cleannn

    Shes empty :/

    But she runs!

Sorry I don't have more pictures of the swap. But here is a pic of my bronzit and my delphin. The e30 on the far right is my friends 90 325i that he bored and stroked to a 3.0 litre..and supercharged :evil2 That is also his X3 (rip).

Here it is now, with progress step by step:

    Painted the rear lip.

Then I painted the front air dam and the trim.

It is now debadged since..well, its not a 325es no more ;)

I'm a senior this year, and..well..here is my parking spot :D

    Senior pic:

A pic after I changed the front brakes and rotors

I received some US ellipsoids and 6k 35w hids :)

Painted the needles red and put the rings in:

Then did my music thang. The cord is now completely hidden. It's only seen at the phone jack. And yes, I've cleaned my dirty interior since then :)

Then Jeff helped me paint the door handles and map pockets:

Sorry for the absolutely horrible quality pics. They were taken with my cell phone. I'll get new ones this week.

Well, there you have it. Basically the timeline of my e30. I'll probably be adding to this thread whenever I get something new. I know I know.. I need a drop badly..maybe at the end of summer. Who knows. Oh, and I want weaves or something..that is not what I have right now. They were free.

My DBs are not going anywhere. Mr Mayhem stopped by my house today telling me to tuck 'em in. Nope, I love how they look..especially the front of mine. It looks more aggressive and more "BMWish" than PB e30s..but that's just me, Haha. But thanks, I'm stoked for it too.

I still have mine, untucked and in my rafters.

Never tucked em. Slightly shorter shocks do look nice with the airdam, but its a PITA

I think untucked DB's look great on Black and Delphin e30's! The chrome makes it look so much more badass when polished.

I hate untucked on alpineweiss though. I'm gonna color match my trim, paint the DB's black and tuck them. it looks so mean when dropped too, I can't wait!

Yeah, you see, there are a few colors that make it acceptable. But like you just said, delphin is one of those colors where it should be there for the whole world to see! Hahah.

All this talk about dropping it is making me think bad thoughts..ie..robbing banks and whatnot

mono wiper is simple. remove the drivers side wiper arm. move passenger side wiper arm to make sure it covers the drivers side. and ya got a ghetto mono wiper conversion.

eric, cant wait to see this car dropped. we should do some more painting soon. time to start prepping for the picnic!

After i asked i started searching around, found a dusty old thread that said exactly that. I might have to try it out, although it didnt seem like there was a consensus on how to park the wiper.
