    My new E30

I picked her up from a friend who bought her about a year ago and drove her for about 4 months then left her to sit in the back yard. I paid $400 for her and I feel like it is the best $400 I have ever spent.

Here are 2 pictures from when I picked her up.

Here are some other pictures as of today. I had to put her up on jacks because I have to replace the output flange and the center bearing.

(Front valence is almost completly destroyed.)

(Small patches of surface rust [The previous owner before my friend decided to go over the good condition paint job with a can of primer without sanding and now its peeling off around the edges])

(Interior is worn, but no tears on the seats)

[intrax springs] [tokico adjustable shocks] [??? BMW steering wheel] [momo shift knob] [ES sway bar] [??? clutch] [Corbeau GT II seat]

:| If it has a decent running motor and trans, I'd say it would be more worth while to buy a chassis with clean paint and swap everything over.

new bumper trim, new front and rear valences, bumper tuck, and a full body restoration. May not be worth it to do all that to a $400 car though....

you might be able to make a profit by parting the car out. The seats are worth a good deal and the door cards and maybe the headlights and fog lights (if they work).
