Reopened an unused photobucket account from years back, and I found some pictures of my old MK1 scirocco.

Picked her up for 800, sold her for 1100 about 2 years later. My first german car, made me fall in love with anything sporting quad lights.

All pictures were taken in the rain for some reason.

That is a kick ass car! i have owned three different 2nd gen sciroccos and one corrado. I were to ever go back to vw's That is the car I would get!

lols, I spit my beer when I was watching that episode.

Forgot the stats on said Scirocco:
-16v swapped from MKII GTi by previous owner (blew the original motor at a the track)
-Ballin' 15" OZ wheels
-Seats and steering wheel from some porsche, I never bothered to figure out what model it was
-Bilstein shocks with H&R Springs
-No cat, just straight pipe to the stock muffler
-Zender air dam

It was an awesome car, I wish I had spent more time with it.

My favorite pop culture scirocco was the one from the original dawn of the dead that the swat guys cruised around the mall, running over zombies in.

Same problem in the states, I've seen one other driving around since I sold that one 4 or 5 years ago, and it was a rust bucket. The driver had no idea what they had though.

That is a sexy sexy color. I saw one in that color sporting a roof rack and slammed to the ground. Best looking MKI I've ever seen.
