    Hit one-quarter million miles on my 1988 325ix yesterday

    Here's a couple pic yesterday I took in honor my '88 ix hitting 250,000 miles yesterday. I've had it about 10 years now.
    A few mods
    Lowered on Bilstein sport springs/ H&R shocks
    Audio: Polk Audio PA1100.5 amp/ JL subwoofer/ Polk mm525 component speakers/ Alpine head unit
    Wheels: Artec Type A/ powder coated w / polished lips
    Sheer Comfort sheepskin seat covers
    "just love those little tanky inline 6's"

    Just getting going! That car should be able to go another 250k no problem!

        ForceFirebird. Somehow mine has every service record since it had 227 miles. A turn signal bulb was replaced when just about off the dealer lot. It had one owner for 17 years before I've had it for 10. it's had a few parts over the years, but original engine/ tranny is strong.

          I had one just like that. 389k original miles, all service records dating back to 1988. Sold it for $3,400 in 2013 sadly.
