Id consider the E30 or Meyle HD outer ball joints, Those stock ones dont last to long and have alot of give.

Hey man thanks for the reply. Yeah I initially ordered E30 lemforder outer ball joints but they were way too small for the M3 arms for some reason? The hole in the arms is about 48.5mm.

Not sure if it's because I ordered against the 320i Reg and not a 325i or M3? Are they different?

And yeah they did a good job for like 1/4 the price I could get it done in the UK. It's all finished now and sat on a pallet wrapped up at work.

Partially stripped the diff last night and swapped the shims on the output flanges, good news the diff is now perfect with no tight spots. Backlash appears to be pretty much spot on as well.
