GranitSilber Coupe X-Country Warrior (part deux?)

Some of you may recognize Alex's car from his build thread. She's now with me in Colorado 🏔️.
I'll have more video and pics on IG: Flatwerx as well but just getting started. Couple pics of when I took ownership (not much different from when Alex sold her), and what I'm doing at the moment.
Reinforced f/r subframes (adjustable rear), all new bushings, LCA's, lollipops, cooling system, oil cooler and mounts, adding a washer reservoir, single DIN CarPlay (not period correct but looks good and is nice to have), replacing both seats with Sparco GT's.
Will probably ditch the SSR's as I really like E30's with 15" wheels and little more 'meat'.
Coming from E36's and lifted Toyota's/Lexus.

Rear subframe, diff, and CV's are out. New subframe with new bushings and diff with new bushing and gasket, new CV's, sway bar bushings and links about to go in.
Cooling system is pulled out and getting ready to do the timing belt (all associated with this), v belts, valve adjustment and valve cover gasket. New expansion tank and level sensor just got in a long with a washer fluid bottle/level sensor/pump.

Will tackle the front subframe, motor/transmission mounts, LCA's control arm bushings, sway bar bushings and links, upper strut mounts this weekend. Its 100 degrees today 🔥

Those cupholders are one of very few things people have designed/produced for e30s in the past few years that seems like a genuinely good idea/implementation.

            Love the quickjack as well

Thanks! I really like the cupholder. Out of the way when not needed and there at the same time. My cousin has the door card ones from Pelican. Pretty nice as well but not hidden unless you take them out.

The quick jack has been awesome. I do all the maintenance on my sister's vehicles and this makes it a breeze.

It makes me happy that this car seems to have found a good home!

Couple pics of the new wheels. Kansei KNP, 15x7 +25 with 5mm spacers, 225/50r15 Potenzas. Put 9.5mm spacers under the H&R Race springs. Those, with the adjustable/reinforced rear subframe, and 12mm risers, she sits perfect and handles great. Coilovers are coming soon.
All bushings, hoses, seals, front/rear subframes, LCA's, sway bar links, all the belts, CarPlay, swapped/installed. New front lip spoiler clips/mounts (pain in the but to remove the old ones haha). Oil cooler, aluminum radiator, expansion tank. Even added a washer fluid bottle as it doesn't look like she had one for the last 10-ish years haha. Pulled the 4.10 LSD and swapped in a 3.73 LSD as she was screaming on the highway. Input/output shaft seals ordered, detent cap/seal ordered, shifter seal ordered as I can't exactly see where the transmission leak is so I'll replace them all and clean up the transmission when she's out. Replacing all the shifter bushings as well. Overall the car is really clean. Alex did a great job and has been a great help since I've taken ownership. Upgrading all lights to LEDs. I'll post more here an dIG (Flatwerx) as I'm going for a restodmod, my way. No track, no drifting, no autoX. She's being overbuilt for backroad, cross country trips.
My best friend is building an AE86 with a Beams engine for the same purpose. Should be fun!

Slow start sometimes. Feels like she's not getting fuel: I'll check bar at FPR (3 bar, correct?) and swap it as well as the fuel filter.

                    Yeah, should be 3 bar if it's a B25.

Those wheels look great! I've been running the same tires for the past couple years and I've been very happy with them. 225/50r15 is the perfect E30 wheel fitment imo.

                        Thanks!
Agreed, the 225/50r15 looks and handles great. Almost went 205/55r15 and glad I didn't. Parked next to an E30 this morning at Classics and Coffee that had the 205/55r15's and I didn't like it. Nice car, but the tires.
I have 5mm spacers all the way around making the wheels a +20 offset and I love it. Just wish we had more tire options in that size but the Potenzas are super grippy and still god in the rain.
