It wasn't going to work until I moved the motor back.. I really didn't have to beat the firewall too much either, they fit so perfectly now. The control arm mount is definitely the biggest problem with the Stahls though, pretty sure the Bavauto long tubes clear it though
Yeah especially since I moved it back, fits nice and snug. Now if I could only get fuel so it would start!
Taking it to get exhaust tomorrow morning, getting bolt in cat/straight pipe off of the header, into single 3" back to probably a bullet style resonator into some sort of magnaflow. I want it as unmuffled as possible, but have to keep it under 90db's for auto-x

Nice! you will have the same exhaust setup I have on my car. Can't wait to see it done.
Got it running finally, quick vid of its first movement. I couldn't really rev it because it is just too loud, can't really tell on the video though. Loading it on the trailer to take it to the exhaust shop, hopefully some vids with a muffler or two later on in the week
God I want to do an m30 swap so bad. Looks beautiful. Alpine e30 with an m30 swap FTW.
Do it, really straightforward swap and cheap.
Almost have everything to start my megasquirt install, just waiting on my wideband. I also am working on a deal for some s38 ITB's, which is something I've wanted to do for quite some time. Might as well do it now while I'm doing the MS
